I found this article well reasoned and very perceptive. It will be helpful to me going forward, I think.

I am one of the former Boy Scouts suing the organization for pedophilia. I think that my feminine nature was a target for my abusers, since they knew I was low-status as a result. Even my parents implied I had somehow brought it on to myself. Your comments about female socialization seem on target in that regard.
